All About Nu Reiki

Greetings beautiful being, welcome to Nu Reiki!  I’m your practitioner, Brianisha L. Frith. Not only am I trained reiki maser - I am also a seer, intercessor, clear channel, meditation enthusiasts, intuitive healer, avid writer, and transformational speaker.
 

The formation of this heart-based exchange was created with the intention of centering each healing experience with the art of divine remembrance. Nu Reiki is a sacred space for energetic alignment, spiritual clarity, and a deep nervous system reset. Through Reiki, prayerful presence, and intuitive attunement, I support clients in releasing energetic stagnation, reconnecting with their inner knowing and returning to alignment with The Most High, other light beings, self and body. 
 

Reiki entered my life through profound unmaking - a time when much of what I once identified with fell away. In that surrender, I learned that healing is nonforceful. It is gentle. It is honest. It is sacred.

My work is rooted in presence, discernment, and reverence for the body's wisdom. I do not impose outcomes or bypass pain. I create a safe energetic container where what is ready to move can move, and what needs rest can rest. I approach Reiki as both a spiritual and grounding practice - one that supports emotional regulation, energetic clarity and integration rather than escape.

This work is guided by prayer, intuition, respect for personal agency, and deep conviction held within the body's intelligence.
